How ASC clearance works: screening is a two-step process — S1 (Approval for Production, before you produce the material) and S2 (Clearance to Display, before installation). One S1 form per material, submitted in two clear copies, and the mandatory ASC Reference Code must appear on the displayed ad. Static layouts must state the installed size; LED/moving ads need a frame-by-frame storyboard with audio description.
