This Privacy Policy explains what personal data OOHPhilippines.com ("we", "us", "our", the "Platform") collects from you, why we collect it, how we use and store it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your data. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to the practices described here.

OOH Philippines ("OOHPhilippines.com") is an online platform connecting advertisers, media agencies, media planners, and out-of-home (OOH) billboard operators across the Philippines. For the purpose of the Data Privacy Act, OOH Philippines acts as the Personal Information Controller for the data described in this policy.

2. What Personal Data We Collect

We only collect the data we need to run the Platform and provide our services:

• Provide our services — search, the ROI calculator, the AI Planner, ad verification, and inventory listings;
• Track and manage the free credits associated with your account;
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;
• Maintain the security and integrity of the Platform and prevent fraud or abuse;
• Understand how the Platform is used so we can improve it;
• Comply with applicable laws and lawful requests from authorities.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (which you give when you create an account and accept this policy), the performance of our service to you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Platform, and compliance with legal obligations.

5. How We Store and Protect Your Data

Your account data is stored in a managed database hosted by Supabase, our cloud database and backend provider. We apply reasonable organizational, physical, and technical security measures to protect your data, including:

• Password hashing — passwords are never stored in plain text; they are stored only as a secure one-way bcrypt hash;
• Server-side access controls — account records are not exposed to the public and are accessible only through protected server functions;
• Encrypted connections (HTTPS) between your browser and the Platform.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we strive to protect your data we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Third-Party Services

To provide our services, the Platform relies on trusted third parties. When you use the Platform, limited data may be shared with or processed by:

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, measure usage through Google Analytics, and serve advertising through Google AdSense. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features of the Platform may not work properly without them.

8. Data Retention

We keep your personal data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data unless we are required to retain it by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
